The five-cylinder is not disappeared entirely. It has received once more a grace period in the RS. Its range of maximum torque is enormous wide, the performance higher about 88 kW (120 hp). Whether that is still to increase in the next version by a four-cylinder with charging?

Also the front reveals the problem of a race SUV. Of course, similarities with the normal Q3 are present, but chrome has been replaced by black plastic. It looks almost better, but the front spoiler is drawn significantly lower, reducing the suitability of this car for the terrain again. Somewhat confusingly the whole, knows just not exactly what it wants.

Nevertheless, the front with honeycomb grille looks good. Of course, it needs larger air intakes. If you look closely, you recognize the very bottom the 'quattro' hint to the all-wheel drive. Case of the normal Q3 is that, if ever so ordered, more up right in the direction of travel, where here the RS symbol adorns the radiator grille. But whom the black colour seems too unadorned, the can also partially order again chrome.

The wheel spacer on the mudguards is normally in the body colour, the exterior mirrors silver and rear attract attention only the spoiler at the upper edge of the roof. Below the impact surface it's very unpretentiously with only one slightly oval tailpipe and diffuser optics. Inside, of course, everything is present, what Audi has to offer in the category sportiness, including carbon ornamentations and even thicker steering wheel rim.

What for a car? Maybe only for people who hardly look to the price. It is twice as expensive as the cheapest Q3, 15,000 euros more expensive than the most powerful Q3 (without RS), however, the already with DSG and seven speeds. 4,000 euros cheaper is the RS3 Sportback, and the has even a modicum of more performance. Therefore, if you ask me, either this car or a Qs with diesel engine. 05/15
