Before the Taunus 12m finds to the above shown design, its radiator grill has to endure a lot of modifications. First there are two times 14 chromed, vertical bars, and then only seven teeth distributed over the entire width. The number 'seven' is found also at the legendary Jeep. Coincidence? The solution with the transverse brace reaches us from America, before the search ends in the small, depending on the type, different big squares above, with or without integration of direction indicator-/parking lights. In addition, finally becomes victim the clunky globe for the small arms of Cologne. No one regrets.
