12 seconds, so quickly should open the roof or close (2nd video below). That was important at that time. The pulling of the handbrake and the actuation of the mechanical closure should actually still be counted with. The roof folded with the inside facing upwards immediately below the rear cover of the luggage compartment.

It is also available in Gordini racing look.

Since there was not much to criticize. Certainly also not at the space rear with 270 litres capacity. Perhaps more likely the high rear end and the resulting bad overview to rear. But there are certainly plenty of people who found the rear design as felicitous. Are there perhaps other reasons why the production had to be stopped after just 3 years?

It is perhaps the relatively inconspicuous front or the hard plastic scenery in the interior. Because the Wind originates from the Twingo. That was to notice at the only little to varying sitting position including not length-adjustable steering wheel. 17" alloy wheels and power windows respectively outside mirrors were standard. Five gears were not necessarily a disadvantage, if they would transmit partly not as short. The two engines were quite different in its operating behaviour (see data).

The Renault Wind based on the study Roadster Wind from 2004. Despite significantly less length of 3,070 mm, it allowed a third person place with additional legroom between the front seats. In shape more puristic than the production model. A beauty that would, however, have been available at most with a simple 'cloth cap'. 10/15
