It does not seem to make sense to offer both a coupe and a metal folding roof convertible. However, the differences between them are considerable, not just in terms of design. The convertible is slightly less pleasing. It is more expensive and offers less space, not only in the boot. When the roof is open, loading the trunk is only possible with extra lifting equipment, which is listed on the list of options. The metal sheet roof has more disadvantages. Besides the increased vehicle weight there is also an upward shift of the centre of gravity as compared to the saloon due to the heavy roof, while it is actually lower for the coupe. By the way, if the metal folding roof is closed, the vehicle is not necessarily quieter as compared to its competitors with fabric roof.

At least, it is one of the first vehicles with metal convertible roof that are not so excessively tall in the rear. With open roof it is difficult to determine whether the car has a metal convertible roof or a fabric roof. In addition, the windscreen does not seem to reach for the head of one or both of the front passengers like with some of its competitors. The real feeling of driving a convertible is clearly present.
