In the '92 model, body and engine change significantly. So the smallest Civic gets a body drawn with softer lines and two-part hatchback (lid up, lid down), the CRX group is added to a Targa.
A particular highlight are the VTEC engines, where as well in low as in high speeds is set an optimum valve opening. Actually to date the effect has been achieved by any other car company. There are really available two different cam profiles. The effects can be seen by the unusual technical data.
