Pump Injectors 1
A peak into in a passenger car diesel engine with pump nozzle elements. They are operated by the camshaft visible on top via roll rocker arms, while the valves of the engine are headed directly. The lower part in the
figure shows the enlargement of the cylinder head to integrate the pump elements. You see the springs and electric control. All together the magnitude of the new design of this cylinder head becomes clear.
