Motorcycle Motorcycle Technology (Triumph)

German version

The first view is deceptive. There is no four-cylinder in-line engine. And even it is not air cooled. It is therefore a liquid-cooled three-cylinder in-line engine with two overhead camshafts and - due to the three constant-pressure carburetors - eqipped with a catalyst without exhaust system. The engine produces at 8,000 rpm still 51 kW and it gives the maximum torque of 72 Nm at 4800 rpm via a straight teethed six-speed gearbox and chain drive to the rear wheel.
The design even is considered classically, because the bike is uncovered. To this fits the relatively upright riding position on the seat lowered.
