2026 Mercedes VLE
It is currently available only as a pure electric vehicle, but will later be offered with internal combustion engines as well, at which point it will completely replace the V-Class. You can imagine how expensive this VLE fun can
get. That is why we would also like to mention the basic version here.
It has a simpler front, of course, but still a radiator grille and a side window surround with a lot of chrome. It's crazy that there are models like this one, where the legendary star has reappeared on the front hood.
The interior is also a bit simpler, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. At least the absence of a center console makes it easy to move to the passenger seat and back again. And there's still enough room for
two cell phones.
The center console in the higher-end models is just bursting with luxury. Plenty of storage space, compartments for heating and cooling, and extra ones for the back. Both rear rows can be configured with two or three
seats, and the seats can be moved and removed. So, the VLE is available as a six- to eight-seater.
The individual top-of-the-line seats are not removable. Then everything will be electric there. Presumably, only here will you find the 21-inch 8K display that comes down from the ceiling. At the same time, any existing glass
roof and side windows will be darkened.
No, it's not a touchscreen; it's 'just' remote-controlled. Let’s stick with the topic of luxury for a moment, because at least the armchairs in the second row can be rotated. However, they are only available in leather. Here you
can get between the seats from the very front to the very back.
It remains unclear whether, with two benches, it is reasonably easy to reach the one at the back, and, more importantly, how quickly one can get back to the front in an emergency situation.Of course, armchairs can be
equipped with small tables, starting from the armrest.
