2026 Mercedes GLA
It is the best-selling model in Mercedes' compact class, has been on the market since 2014, and is now available as a facelifted version of the third generation. It is available in a wide variety of versions. In the data above,
you'll find the all-electric models.
These models come with either a rear-mounted engine or all-wheel drive, while the models with internal combustion engines will be available with front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The 1.5-liter gasoline engine from
Geely, available in 100 kW (136 PS), 120 kW (163 PS) and 140 kW (190 PS) versions, is mounted transversely in the front.
Ironically, it’s the internal combustion engine—with its small battery and electric motor—that’s called a full hybrid, providing 1.3 kWh and 22 kW (30 PS) of power here. Plug-in hybrids probably don't exist. However,
an electric powertrain with a net capacity of 71 kWh has been announced.
A beautiful car, fortunately with somewhat more discreet stars—though you shouldn’t opt for the higher trim levels, because then they reappear, for example, when the glass roof is dimmed and
the grille is illuminated.
After all, roof rails and a glass roof come standard, as do LED headlights with high-beam assist. It's incredible how many driver-assistance features are offered: telephoto and wide-angle cameras, mid-range radar, 12
ultrasonic sensors, 4 surround-view cameras, 2 side cameras, and 4 corner radars.
The car is quite appealing, has plenty of interior space, but the dashboard is a little too colorful. The 800V technology makes a difference when charging at up to 320 kW, though it’s not entirely clear what
an optional 400V adapter is supposed to do.
