Supermarket - Parking lot

You wouldn't believe the experiences you make in a supermarket parking lot, and how many of them there are. At first, these are just vehicles that drive around looking for a parking space within limits that are still too narrow
and end up parking a little too far to the right.
All in all, one man and one woman manage to achieve complete symmetry at the first attempt during my observation period. Chapeau. No, they don't make a fuss about it, quickly walking away from their car,
without even the slightest acknowledgment of it. Actually, everyone does that.
A mistake? However, most cars no longer acknowledge locking without pressing the key by flashing their lights. Some better-equipped models fold in the mirrors, but nobody cares about that either.
I myself wait for my wife and only go to the store when there are heavy crates of glass bottles for mineral water to carry. Of course, I'll help with stowing things away. Instead of shopping stress, I prefer to listen to
classical music on the radio.
It's surprising how many people put themselves through the hassle of parking and going through the supermarket for small quantities only.
Verwunderlich, wie viele sich das Einparken und den Supermarkt-Durchlauf für absolut geringe Mengen antun. Some are driven by thirst, because they drink before stowing away. Still others take inside a satisfying bite of a
sandwich they just bought.
As long as they don't light up a cigarette there, remain stationary with the engine running, and both 'smoke' now, it's acceptable. But they are the only ones who seem to have time. Everyone is running, saving themselves,
fleeing, . . . (Schiller, Lied von der Glocke).
Now we finally know what an electrically operated tailgate is good for. We always thought that it is expendable because it is so slow. But when used skillfully, it is fast, or rather its owner is. He/she presses the button and is
already gone by the time it closes.
Only older people find it difficult. The height of the shopping cart helps them to support themselves. Often they have forgotten something, either in the car or, even worse, in the store. As a driver, you are then
inconspicuously fast again.
Who has reserved half a parking space there? No, it's not a luxury car, but an Opel, albeit a convertible. An elderly lady returns from shopping and continues her journey as if it were the most natural thing in the world.
We already mentioned in 'Life is Beautiful (1)' how relatively good almost all cars still look. Perhaps I am the only one who notices which model is really old. However, no one goes shopping with an H license plate, but E
license plates are still quite rare.
But now I ask you in all seriousness, did anything else occur to you during these descriptions that could be offered to the people being observed in terms of software? And that despite the fact that relatively few small cars
were being used as 'shopping bags'?
Don't worry, we'll get to urgent gratification of needs, but probably not with vehicles like these, which are used for shopping. It's more about
frequent travelers and long distances.
