No, it is not the heavily favored car of the youth like in later times. Even so, box/platform truck on the one hand and bus/station wagon each account for about half of the production, with slight advantages for the former.
The power has risen again, the torque is not quite as strong, the engine switched to fresh-air heating. The transmission has a significantly modified housing and is fully synchronized. New is also the high-roof version
with correspondingly doors to be seen in the picture below.
Over the next few years, the brakes were improved, additional heating was offered and the payload eventually increased to one ton, along with stronger tires. A side sliding door was possible for the closed versions.
