The hybrid version is available both as four and as a two-wheel drive. Away from the hybrid one has only the choice between the gasoline engine with 4WD or the diesel with 2WD. The results are, of course, still some marked differences in consumption and CO2 value. This was previously different because there was also the diesel with all-wheel drive avaibable.

Toyota favors anything other than the diesel engine. The diesel engine with the larger displacement is no longer offered. However, the remaining one has more torque and much more power. However, the larger petrol engine is avaibable now only with a hybrid drive. It is striking that the gasoline engines are not equipped with direct injection.

The changes at the front are apparent. After interim emphasis on the radiator grille has now become smaller again, what the pleases the eye. The headlights have joined this trend. Unlike the hybrid LED light must be paid extra. The Front has gained attractveness and lost terrain suitability.

Rear the usual changeover of the lights to LED and its narrowing, but a lot of slightly curved sheet metal with little beads remained. Inside, however, not everything is useful such as the open shelf on the right and the in full light intensity difficult readable display. In any case it is much better than the former plastic environent. Critics will always exist, like this American, who complained that the steering wheel rim is not heated completely. 01/16
