The new sorted itself above the Captur, replaces the Koleos, based on the Nissan Qashqai. Therefore, perhaps the art name 'Kadjar'. Sounds in any case better than 'Koleos' and somehow seems to suit to 'Captur'. It looks good and is also evaluated by most contemporaries in this way, something more exciting than the Qashqai, although it differs only in details.

To it is thinking in the face of the New barely someone, although its sales success and proven technology could already receive a lot of plus points for the New. Of course, this is slightly longer with the same wheelbase and follows latest SUV tendencies to curb some of its aerodynamically unfavourable height. Case of the basic price, there are only differences in diesel engine, which is cheaper as a Nissan engine.

The interior is praised, compared to the Captur unobtrusive, but with mighty center console. In contrast, the colours of the displays. Case of the engine, there is a small rationalisation compared with the Qashqai: Now both diesel engines have the same (smaller) displacement. Maybe that's why one uses only the most powerful diesel engine for the four-wheel drive.

In the end only one question remains: two- or four-wheel drive? The one and a half times as high price of the 4WD says '2WD'. This is also consistent with the low angle of repose especially front. But maybe, the 1.2-liter turbo should be replaced by the smaller of the two diesel engines. If you see that even Mercedes takes the from the Renault-shelf, you can not go so terribly wrong with it. 06/15
