Juke, Qashqai and X-Trail, this is the enhancement in Nissan's crossover division. The term 4x4 is reserved for the Pathfinder and Navara, although there is all-wheel drive for the first three mentioned, too. Thus the X-Trail is the longest, with additional 27 centimetres to the Qashqai, significantly less in the wheelbase.

So one may expect on this model really generous amount of space, particularly in the luggage compartment (with double bottom). The pictures above give a little insight into the variability of the rear seat bench. There are even possible two additional seats. The offer on the relatively high rear seat bench not quite the expected headroom.

What can be commended at the comfort, one has to criticize on the drive. 320 Nm of torque sounds really convincing, but it is not in a vehicle of at least 1.7 meters in height. Here, 1.6 liters have to do an audible effort despite turbocharger. Otherwise, you can hardly complain about the suitability for long distances.

Comparing the all-wheel drive with of the Jeep, then you need to make no thoughts about the challenges of underground in the X-Trail. The electronics detects itself which actions must be taken against spinning wheels. The control of the continuously variable transmission and an electronically controlled damping assist. 09/14
