2020 Mitsubishi Space Star
Sure, there are only a few reasons to worry about the space on the back seat when buying a small car. Either one is younger, in which case four people with luggage rarely travel long distances in such
a car, or older, then the back always suffices for the dog, even more so when the back seat backrest is folded down. But if you are especially interested in this, we recommend to buy a Japanese
small cars to test.
Why do we say this at the very beginning of a report on the Mitsubishi Space Star? Because it would also be a candidate for such a test. Compared to the star of most test reports about
Small car, the Hyundai i10, the body is striking because of its long front. At first it makes it hard to see in a 2020 model, because it looks like a scaled-down model of its bigger brothers.
This is much better than its predecessor (see last video), but usually a small car needs its own face, just like the i10. But does the Space Star fit with a length of 3.85
m at all into the small car scheme, when the i10 and its brothers are only 3.67 m long, the VW up! 3.60 m and the Renault Twingo 3.62 m long. No, the Fiat 500 does not come any closer either, only

Crazy, because the Space Star could score points for the same price if there was a reliable one. Mitsubishi continues the madness at first with the new model
special versions (First Edition), of which certain accessories, such as a 6.5-inch touch screen in this case, are no longer available. But then you go one better by adding a
Moment 2.000 € cheaper. In the data above this discount is not considered.
Summary: Despite similarities to larger models, the front end still looks quite good, and its bodywork, recognisable by its top speed, is much more aerodynamic than that of the i10. The extra space
obviously benefits mainly those sitting in the back. However, handling, steering and especially the brakes don't seem to be able to compete with those of the i10 at the moment.
