This is the third generation of the successful bus since 1994. The shorter three types have become longer, the longest a little less. Otherwise, no change in size. A new basic model has been added. Its engine has far over 4 liters less displacement, the others only 1.3 liters less.

Surprisingly, neither the performance nor the torques have hardly suffered, increased even slightly in the strongest model. Also the new basic model can still keep up surprisingly well. Efficiency in any case should have risen here. The body is also to be completely new. The weight of the whole car could be reduced by 200 kg.

Much has been done in the interior furnishing, e.g. at the seats and the new kitchen. It is possible to choose between right-hand and left-hand drive, but only the latter is available with a 'Coach Multimedia System CMS in double-DIN version'.

The greater length is mainly due to a more front overhang, which may be more vaulted. The floor is covered underneath. Doors and windows form a jointless unit even more than before. The c_W value is absolutly top. Over 95 km/h even the ground clearance is reduced by 20 mm. 06/17
