There are besides numerous body styles two basic versions of the Ford Eifel. The of the first years develop just like the Ford Cologne in Britain and has not yet the typical radiator grille visible in the picture above. It comes from the revision in Cologne in 1937. It receives the streamlined shape of the V8. All bodies are built by suppliers, the sedan from Ambi-Budd in Berlin, various types of convertible by Karmann, Drauz, Deutsch, Gläser, Hebmüller etc., the roadster by Stoewer, sometimes by the way with tolerances in the centimeter range. There one still swear by manual labour. 07/08
