Lots of efforts have been done, to make the production of LHD vehicles easier for changing to RHD. Take as a small example the dashboard of a same aged Corvette C3 with its similar cutouts on both sides.

The vehicle presented here with its steering wheel in the middle solves these problems. As a single example comes to mind only the McLaren F1, of which there is at least a small series of about 100 pieces. McLaren F1, of which there is at least a small series of about 100 pieces. Other three-seater like Matra Bagheera or maybe Fiat X1/9 or VW-Porsche have an externally arranged driver's seat.

The front of the car is a beauty with flat below the split bumper pulled back floor. No spoilers or other bells and whistles disturb the view. Where you can see nowadays such a unpretentious, beautifully into the bumper integrated grille?

Rear it is then problematic. Compared to the later developed 246 with its transversely operating V6 the longitudinal arranged V12 needs much more length. The wheelbase grows by 12 cm and lateral bulges for air intake begin behind the doors, are not integrated into them like in the 246. After all, the strongly concave formed rear window is kept similar.

At engine start it can be felt as an infernal machine behind one's neck, unmistakable the racing genes additionally presented by the race car chassis. And then the evolving heat. There isn't help neither from the leatherette seats nor the glass roof in the summer and of course there's no air conditioning. 08/16

The second 365 P was determined for Fiat boss Agnelli on 250-LM platform and with electrically actuated clutch.
