The front still has the single-frame grill, but emphasises very strongly the horizontal by appropriate chrome trims also at the bottom lights. Thus the car appears wider and less high, although it just has not changed at these measures. Otherwise, the more angular design makes a fresher impression. The more narrow and thus becoming more concise headlights fit thereto.

Multitronic no longer in the program

But you have to pay for matrix light also at the S6 an extra charge albeit smaller. Otherwise, the engine range further improved noticeably. e.g. at the CO2 emissions. And who knows the next to last model, must state that even in the interior (e.g. picture 7 and 9) has done a lot.

By the way, do you have any idea how many Audi models are available that are based on the A6? No, we do not bet, because reading these pages should remain a pleasure. By the way: the price list, which lists the entire models with the most important data on the first 10 pages, in total 60 pages, otherwise filled with additional charge lists.

There is of course the A6 limousine with initially two petrol and three diesel engines. The entry-level petrol engine and the two smallest diesel engines are available in the 'ultra' version with slightly reduced CO2 emissions. All these models have front drive. Beyond the three-liter V6 versions with permanent all-wheel drive, at the petrol car one, two at the diesel vehicle.

Now the complete set once again for the Avant models. To keep it manageable, we have not specified the top version of the diesel V6 (Competition) with once more 5 kW (6 HP). The allroad quattro is only equipped with V6 engines, available both as gasoline as diesel vehicle, the latter threefold. The manual 6-speed and 7- or 8-speed automatic transmission are not considered here.

No, by no means we reached the end, because it still follows the long version, previously reserved only for the A8. Now, let's come to the eight cylinders both in he limousine and Avant. The 'listen' only to the designation 'S6' and we have than exceeded the threshold of EUR 75,000 base price. And then there's yet the version RS-Avant for 108,900 euros. 09/14
