Aston Martin DB9

German version

Such is the dream car from under the sheet metal. From the transaxle concept with rear located transmission results the almost behind the front axle located (center) engine, of which only the right-hand cylinder bank is visible here. The body could in principle be in the front half a meter shorter. This space is used for the wonderful design and for a significantly better deformation behavior incase of a frontal impact. Apart from that attract attention the of aluminum profiles riveted and for easy interchangeability partly bolted front end. The spring strut of the double wishbone is based on the upper longitudinal chassis beam and obviously needs inwards stabilizing strut bars.
