Steam Engine (flat)
This model shows a horizontal cylinder which transfers its force directly on the flywheel. Almost invisibly before the cylinder there is a turning shaft which is driven by the crankshaft on the right via two bevel wheels. This
shaft controls in the head of the cylinder the vapour flow which comes from the steam generator on the left.
